Job Overview

  • Position: Buyer Relationship Manager (Relationship Manager – Buyer) on the L&T SuFin platform—a B2B e-commerce marketplace for MSMEs in industrial and construction sectors, offering procurement, financing, logistics, and IT services

Location: Kochi, Kerala, India

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 5–12 years, preferably in B2B sales sectors such as BFSI (SME/business banking, trade finance), or e-commerce/industry buying players like Moglix, Power2SME

Education: MBA in Marketing preferred; however, any graduate with a stable career is eligible

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive buyer acquisition on the platform and stimulate transactions to meet revenue targets.
  • Identify opportunities and propose platform‑centric solutions.
  • Recommend financing options by liaising with banks/NBFCs based on client needs.
  • Deepen relationships via cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and local languages

Compensation

  • Estimated Salary Range: ₹8,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per year in Kochi,
