LucidPlus, a fast-growing SaaS and software solutions provider, is currently hiring IT Sales Executives to join its expanding B2B sales team. This role is ideal for ambitious sales professionals with 1–2 years of experience who are eager to advance their careers in the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new B2B business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and research.
- Build and manage a pipeline of leads, progressing them through the sales funnel.
- Meet business clients, identify challenges, and present software solutions tailored to their needs.
- Deliver product presentations and software demos to key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with sales managers on proposals, quotations, and client-focused pitches.
- Represent LucidPlus at industry events, exhibitions, and promotional roadshows.
- Use CRM tools to manage sales data, track opportunities, and report progress.
- Align with marketing teams to boost lead generation activities.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Skills & Requirements
- 1–2 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably IT/software/SaaS).
- Proficiency in lead generation (cold calling, digital channels, and networking).
- Strong interest in technology and SaaS solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
- Language requirement: Malayalam and English (mandatory).
- Two-wheeler with valid driving licence preferred.
