🎓 Qualification:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
- Diploma/Post Graduate Diploma in Training & Development (preferred).

- 10–12 years in Learning & Development/Operations domain.
- Minimum 3 years leading the L&D function in a large organisation.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement L&D strategies aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with operations to create training programs that enhance productivity.
- Conduct needs analysis and build customised training plans.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Ensure completion of MSIL-proposed training certifications.
- Review SOPs with operations and conduct quality audits.
- Drive digital adoption through tech-focused training.
- Partner with HR on employee engagement initiatives.
