Position: Trainer – Upskilling Program

Experience Required:
- 2–4 years in roles involving training or sales enablement, ideally in Digital Marketing or EdTech.
Role Overview:
Xylem Learning is looking for a vibrant Sales Trainer to drive learning initiatives across its Upskilling and Commerce Program verticals. You’ll onboard new team members, enhance current team capabilities, and guide performance improvement through structured retraining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead induction and refresher training—ensure high attendance and on-time batch completion.
- Create tailored training content specific to products and sales goals.
- Enable teams with knowledge on commerce offerings (CA, CMA, ACCA), facilitate effective role-play practices.
- Teach digital sales tools and platforms—Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, AI tools, and enforce effective CRM usage.
- Design retraining plans for underperforming employees and track progress.
- Provide on-the-job coaching, collect trainee feedback, maintain documentation and performance reports.
- Suggest process improvements, training modules, or tools, staying updated on industry best practices.
Who You Are:
- A confident communicator with natural training instincts and a knack for digital teaching.
- Analytical yet empathetic—adept at identifying gaps and enabling effective coaching.
- Fluent in English and Malayalam, with strong proficiency in tools like LeadSquared, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Canva, ChatGPT.
